Goal: Provide Portfolio / Business Acquisition Services In Order To Optimize Full Relationship Performance In The Affinity And Co-Brand Business Segments.
- Provide discussion forum and access to seasoned executives within CRG Consulting.
- Identify potential “best” fit acquisition opportunities based on vast network of acquisition contacts.
- Review and provide insight on current financial “hurdle” thresholds for valuing acquisitions.
- Develop and review baseline acquisition value (business as usual).
- Identify and incorporate pro-forma enhancement strategies and opportunities.
- Advise and develop appropriate acquisition and forward flow parameters and structures.
- Negotiate with groups and brokers.
- Assist in contract development and help close deal.
- Work with area to implement post close strategies.
- Work area to evaluate and fine-tune strategies on the acquisition and forward flow – post close and launch.
